Every letter is built from your six answers, and each full letter must naturally include at least five details you gave us — the quirk, the homecoming routine, the thing that makes your dog ridiculously excited, your memory and the thank-you — plus callbacks that tie them together. We check each letter for invented facts, so it will not claim your dog was rescued, sick or sleeps in your bed unless you told us so.

Not for the free result or the $7 letter — they are built entirely from your answers. Photos are only needed if you choose the $19 digital storybook (one photo of your dog and one of you) or the $4 movie poster pack (one clear photo of your dog).

No. Every product is a one-time payment: $7 for the letter, $19 for the storybook and $4 for the poster pack. Nothing renews and nothing is charged without you clicking to confirm.

No. The storybook is a personalized illustrated digital storybook delivered as a downloadable PDF. We do not print or ship anything. You are welcome to print your files at home or at a local print shop for personal use.

Your free result appears after you answer the six questions. After purchase, the letter is generated on your private keepsake page, usually within a few minutes. The storybook takes longer because every illustration is generated and checked — typically 10 to 20 minutes. You can safely close or refresh the page; your keepsake keeps its place.

Your photos are private. They are used only to create the digital products you ordered, are never published in a public gallery, never used in our marketing and never shared on social media. Photos are re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes location metadata. You can ask us to delete your photos and generated files at any time.

Each keepsake is about one dog, because the details are what make it believable. If you have two or more dogs, the best result is one letter per dog — simply start the questions again for each of them.

Yes. If you know the dog well, answer the six questions about them and choose how the dog should address the person — Mom, Dad, My Human or a first name. The letter PDF prints beautifully for a card, and the wallpaper and share card are easy to send.

Storybook illustrations that clearly fail (a missing dog, the wrong coat color, extra limbs) can be regenerated within a set limit, and our support team can re-run any job.
